Elite Skyscrapers on Heroes Alley in Batumi

This project combines three distinct aspects: tourist, residential, and business real estate. It is located in the heart of Batumi, on Heroes Alley, Tbel Abuseridze Street / Zhiuli Shartava.

Construction began in 2023, and the handover date is set for June 2027.

Location:

• 700 meters to the sea. It is important to note that the reconstruction of Heroes Alley will be completed soon. The residents of our complex will have direct and safe access to the sea, as special pedestrian bridges, passages, and benches have been built. The alley’s area has been landscaped and transformed into a park, making it a perfect place to walk with children.

• Batumi International Airport is 4 km away (10 minutes by car).

• Walking distance: Black Sea Mall (with Carrefour supermarket), Batumi Arena (a UEFA standard stadium with a capacity of 20,000 people, which will host matches of the 2023 European Under-21 Championship from June 21 to July 8), House of Justice, Dancing Fountains.

Project Features:

1. Location – the geographical and tourist center of Batumi, with a large flow of tourists. This is a completely new and modern area, far from the old Soviet-built houses. The skyscrapers on Heroes Alley resemble the districts of Dubai. With plans to open casinos in several complexes along the alley, this area is already being referred to as the "Las Vegas of the Caucasus."
